Thinking about a new pocket knife

What I'm looking for is primarily a cutting knife with an extremely robust, high quality, and sharp blade.
Right now these are the two I'm thinking of, with the SOG as the frontrunner.

So if you've got experience with one of these, or have other suggestions for a good functional knife, I'd like to hear it.
Thanks

I've looked at knives from both, and Benchmade seem to be more expensive than similar knives from anyone else.
The Spyderco's I've never liked. I know a lot of people swear by them, but they just don't feel good in my hand.
I had a CRKT M16-something that litterally fell apart in my hand while I was using it. The little screws had apparently worked themselves loose, and they all fell out at once, leaving me with the blade attached to the handles only at the pivot. Not doing that again.
I'm going to a gunshop that has lots of knives this weekend, we'll see if I find anything.

Now it takes two hands to open it.
It is the AR-15 of pocket knives.
Other than it not opening, and not holding an edge very well, it's super!
Get the Kershaw...

Only Benchmade I ever owned was a butterfly knife I got from Gibraltar Trade back in high school. A few buddies had the cheap, Chinese versions, but I saved my pennies and bought what was a $40 knife at the time. I don't have any idea what ever became of that knife, but I'll bet it'd be worth twice that nowadays.

Just ordered a Kershaw Blur with a S30V blade from him for the same price as most places charge for the 13C26 bladed version.
Good old American know-who.

Forgot to mention it in my original post. Paypal + Bing.com account + ebay = 8% cashback for Buy It Now.
I didn't. I never use Ebay, and I hate Paypal, so I don't keep up on that sort of thing, but I'll keep it in mind for next time.

Of course. Did you incorporate it into one of those krav maga routines that I see old people doing in the park?
"It's not 1789 anymore" isn't a valid argument.
